We offer a 14-day return policy on issues of "buyer's remorse". A 35% restocking fee applies on such issues that include satisfaction with either fitment or paint match, or you just don't want the part anymore. We offer a 30-day return policy on issues where the wrong paint color was shipped or the order was damaged.
Wrong Paint
We paint orders to match the original factory paint code, not your vehicle's current color condition. While the majority of our customers are quite happy with the results, we DO NOT guarantee a perfect paint match.
The reason why is because a vehicle's paint job changes over time, depending on, but not limited to, factors such as age, care, and climate. Because we never see your vehicle, or are able to match a sample of your vehicle, we DO NOT guarantee perfection. There is always the risk that your order may result in a part that is a different shade or tone than your vehicle.
As stated before, however, the large majority of our customers are satisfied with the resulting quality and color we deliver.
Wrong Part
If you receive the wrong part or wrong color (for example, your car is black and we send you white), please email us as soon as possible (support@paintapart.com). We will provide you with the necessary return and replacement information.
Again, we do not guarantee a perfect paint match and an order that is a shade off from your vehicle may not be considered "wrong".
Cancellations
We accept cancellations, at no fee, within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours we charge a 20% restocking fee.
