Q: Can I get a status update on my order?
Q: Why do hoods ship to a Greyhound station and not to my door?

A: We have a 15 business day handling time. That can roughly equal 3 weeks. We email you tracking once your order ships out. If it's within the 15 business day timeframe, and you haven't received an email, we are still working on your order and there is no need to contact us.

A: Hoods are simply to big to ship with Fedex. We ship hoods, via Greyhound, to the closest Greyhound station in your area. It will not ship to your home, but instead requires you to pick it up from Greyhound. Please provide a phone number when ordering a hood because Greyhound calls you to notify you the hood has arrived and is ready to be picked up.

Q: What do I get for my money?
Q: How do you know what color to paint?

A: What you get from us is the part that you need, painted the color of your vehicle, and shipped directly to your home.

A: We ask that you please provide us your actual paint code.Your paint code can be found on the manufacturer sticker on your vehicle or you can call your local auto dealer and they can provide it.
Q: Can I pick my order up from your location?
Q: What is an Aftermarket part?

A: Yes. We are located in Houston, TX. If you are local, then you are welcome to pick up from us directly.

A: Aftermarket parts are designed to be "replicas" of the dealer parts that came on your vehicle. The look and fit are very comparable to original factory parts.

Q: Where are you located?
Q: Does this part come painted?

A: Our address is 6440 Eastwood St, Houston, TX 77021. Our facility is located off of Cullen and 610, about 5 minutes from NRG stadium.

A: Yes, all our parts are factory painted to match your vehicle's original factory color.

Q: When will my order ship out?

A: Orders ship out within 15 business days. Please note, "business days" do not include weekends or major holidays. Once your order ships out, we will email you tracking information.

Q: How many coats of paint do you use?
Q: Do you offer CAPA parts?

A: We don't use a set amount as much as we use the amount of coats necessary to achieve full paint coverage.

A: No. First, there is no such thing as a CAPA part. There are only Aftermarket parts that happen to be CAPA certified. A CAPA certification increases the cost to what is basically an Aftermarket part. So, in keeping with our goal to offer the least expensive solution for your replacement parts needs, we do not offer CAPA parts.

Q: Do you add clear coat to the parts?
 

A: Yes, we clear coat every part we paint and ship.
