Q:
Are these OEM part?
A: All of our parts are top-of-the-line OEM comparable Aftermarket replacement parts.
Q:
How do your Aftermarket parts compare to OEM parts?

A: We strive to have the most popular parts for the most populous cars on the road. Unfortunately, we simply don’t have parts for every vehicle ever made. Q:
How can I be sure the part I purchase will fit my vehicle?
A: We offer pictures so that you can make a visual match. However, the best way would be to contact your car’s local dealership, give them your VIN, and ask for the OEM part number to the part you are replacing. You can cross check that number against the OEM Replacement Number on our listing. If they match, then the part is 100% compatible.

A: We use one of the world's leading OEM automotive coatings on all the parts we paint.
Q:
How do you create my car’s paint color?
A: Contrary to most paint shops that mix toners by hand to create a paint color. We use a state-of-the-art color mixing machine. We input the customer paint code into the machine and toners are robotically mixed together to create the closest possible color match by removing any human error.
Q:
What is the painting process?
A: Our paint job is of the highest quality, adhering to OEM specifications. We have five state-of-the-art paint booths that significantly enhances our efficiency. Each part receives three coats of base color, followed by two coats of clear coat, before entering the drying area. After drying, the parts undergo a thorough quality control inspection before being shipped from our facilities.
Q:
Why is there powder on my part when I receive it?
A: The powder on the bumper is used to protect the fresh paint from friction scratches during transit. To remove the powder, first use a soft, dry cloth or pure water to wipe off most of it. Then, use a damp, soft cloth to remove any remaining powder.
Q:
How long should I wait to power wash/wax my car?
A: Please avoid pressure washing or waxing this part for at least 90 days. The paint, while functionally dry, still needs time to fully cure.
Q:What shipping company do you use?
A: We use multiple shipping carriers We use UPS, R&L Carriers, and USPS. We will choose the best carrier for your order based on the product and the shipping class selected. Due to the size of our items, expedited shipping options are not available.
Q:
What is the difference between Free (folded) & Freight (unfolded) shipping?
A: With Free shipping, the bumper's ends are folded inward so that it can ship via UPS Ground. With Freight shipping, the bumpers are shipped Freight, in a larger box, without folding.
Q:
How can you ship a bumper cover folded?
A: Folding a bumper does not affect its integrity. In fact, folding a bumper is a common practice among online vendors. Our company folds only the ends of the bumper inward, which makes the package smaller and more cost-effective to ship. Plastic is very pliable, so once a folded bumper is received, simply apply heat to the bends of the fold to allow the plastic to return to its normal shape.
Q:
What is your handling time?
A: We will ship orders out within a timeframe of 15 business days. We do NOT ship orders on weekends or Federal holidays.
Q:
How can I track my order?
A: We will update you with tracking information the moment your order physically ships. Once you have the tracking they will, in turn, give you an estimated date of delivery.
Q:
Do you offer expedited processing or shipping?
A: Unfortunately, there is no expedited processing option for our products. It takes time to properly prep, paint, fully dry, and pass the part through quality control before it is shipped to you. Likewise, there is no faster shipping option. Bumpers are simply too big to ship other than Ground or Freight.
Q:
Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We apologize, but we only ship within the contiguous United States. This means we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, military installments, or US Territories.
